2. What data we process

We only process data you provide to us through the contact form or by email, plus the technical data necessary to run the website.

From the contact form: name, email address, optionally phone number, selected service, and the message content.

When you visit the site: IP address (short-term, for form abuse protection), browser information, date and time of access (technically necessary for site operation).

With analytics consent: anonymised IP address, pages visited, approximate city-level location, device and browser type, and the source of the visit. This data is used only for aggregate traffic statistics and we do not link it to your identity.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry and pre-contractual negotiations: legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Communication during our cooperation: legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
  • Protection against form abuse (rate-limiting, anti-spam): legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send you marketing offers without consent.

4. Retention period

  • Contact-form submissions that don't lead to cooperation: up to 12 months from the last contact.
  • Active client data: for the duration of cooperation and then up to 10 years as required by Czech accounting and tax archiving law.
  • IP addresses and technical data: up to 7 days in the server log for security purposes.

5. Recipients of data

We do not sell your data, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed only by the following processors who help us run the service:

  • Hostinger International Ltd.: provider of website hosting as well as the email mailbox and SMTP server used to deliver contact-form messages. Based in the EU (Cyprus/Lithuania), servers in the EU. Transfers outside the EU do not occur, or only under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
  • Google Ireland Limited: operator of Google Analytics 4, which we use to measure traffic. Processing takes place only on the basis of your consent; without it, measurement does not start. Google Analytics may involve transfers to the USA under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

All processors are bound by data-processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") under Art. 17 GDPR.
  • Right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR.
  • Right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, and as easily as you gave it, via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

To exercise any right, contact us at info@web-park.cz. We will respond without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use only the ones listed below, nothing else.

Technically necessary: the site would not work properly without them, so they require no consent:

  • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the selected language (Czech / English). Lifetime: until you close the browser.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4, controller Google Ireland Limited): set only after you give consent:

  • _ga: distinguishes individual visitors. Lifetime: up to 2 years, though browsers shorten this (Chrome to 400 days).
  • _ga_T33QSJPVZ7: holds the state of the current visit. Lifetime: same as _ga.

Until you consent, the measurement script runs in a mode that stores no cookies. We verified that no _ga cookie is set in that state. We remember your choice in your browser's storage under the key webpark-consent-v1; it is not a cookie and is never sent to the server. Clearing site data in your browser means we will ask again.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, as easily as you gave it. On withdrawal we delete the analytics cookies outright, and no new ones are set.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies at all, and they are not activated even after consent is given.
